As per the Plantico guidelines, a Creator is someone who either registers a Plantico page or utilizes the Plantico platform to request Donations, post content, messages, and sell Creator Content or Memberships. As a Creator, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any text, images, videos, links, or other content that you create, upload, post, publish, or display using Plantico is legitimate. Whenever you use a feature that enables you to upload content to our site or connect with other users of our site, you confirm that you have the necessary authorization to provide this information. You will be held accountable and indemnify us for any infringement of that warranty, which means that you will be responsible for any loss or damage we incur as a result of your breach of warranty. To register a "Creator" account, you must be at least 18 years old. You are prohibited from using the Plantico platform, service or page in connection with any of the following;
According to Plantico's policies, a "Supporter" is someone who provides payments, donations, or messages to a Creator page or commissions a Creator. However, Plantico cannot guarantee the legitimacy, accuracy, truthfulness, or lawfulness of any Creator page, goal, post, message, or content. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Supporter to determine whether they wish to support a Creator, and they should seek appropriate professional advice before doing so. To use the Plantico platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. By default, some activities on the platform, such as supporter messages, are public and may be used by Plantico across internal and external websites and social media pages. To keep messages private, you must select the "Private" option when using the Plantico support service. However, even when "Private" is chosen, personal information may still be shared by the Payments provider, depending on the type of account held. Creator on Plantico have the option to accept Commissions, solicit Donations, and sell Products, Memberships, or any other form of Creator Content, subject to applicable fees. The contractual relationship for any transaction involving Creator Content, Donations, or Memberships will be directly between the Creator and the Supporter or buyer. The Creator is responsible for providing the relevant buyer with their own appropriate terms and conditions regarding any such sales of Creator Content. Plantico will not be involved in any discussions, disputes, demands, or agreements related to sales of Creator Content or Memberships, or solicited Donations, and will not be held accountable for any returns, damages, claims, or loss arising from them.
Plantico is not a payments provider. Payments are made directly from Supporters to Creators externally to Plantico.io using a third party payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Inc., and Stripe, Inc.), or bank transfer or crypto. By using Plantico.io you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of any third party payment providers associated with the Platform and they will be responsible for all matters relating to payment and use of your card details. Only PayPal Australia Pty Ltd (“PayPal Australia”) is able to provide the PayPal services in Australia. You acknowledge that any purchases or Donations made on our platform are with Creators, who act as third-party sellers. Subscription fees may be required for Creators, and you will be informed of these fees when you subscribe. Please be aware that the subscription type you select may impact your transaction fees. Depending on the subscription or transaction type, we may not charge any fees, but we reserve the right to impose additional fees in the future for any subscription, transaction, purchase, or donation. For other types of subscriptions, transactions, or any other Plantico feature, we may charge fees. One of our third-party payment providers will automatically deduct all applicable transaction fees related to Creator Content, Donations, Memberships, or any other goods or services from the relevant transaction.
As a user of the services, it is your duty to identify the applicable taxes, if any, for the Donations, Subscriptions, and Sales you receive. You are solely accountable for evaluating, gathering, reporting, or submitting the appropriate tax, if any, to the relevant tax agency.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. If you are a Creator: As for our site or any content on it, we do not include any implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising from the use of our site or the reliance on any content displayed on it. To stop recurring payments for your subscription, you must cancel your subscription in accordance with these cancellation rights. Deleting your account alone will not stop these payments. Plantico may terminate or suspend your subscription without liability if you fail to pay any amount due for your Creator subscription account on the due date for payment and remain in default for not less than 30 days after being notified in writing to make such payment, or if you commit a material breach of these terms of use. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription without giving a reason, in which case we shall refund your subscription fees for the remainder of your subscription period. Supporters: Plantico has the right to stop or pause any services and/or your Plantico Supporter account at any time without prior notice or responsibility, for any reason, including if you violate these terms of use. If your account is terminated, your ability to use Plantico.io will end immediately. All parts of the terms of use will remain in effect even after termination, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limits of liability.
